At Incredible Kids Academy, our philosophy is that children should be nurtured in a developmentally appropriate environment.

We believe that children's behavior in the classroom is impacted by the teachers and the environment, in other words it's all about classroom mangement!

We have studied different classroom environments and know what works best: the flow of the classroom, asethetics, the rhythm of changing and updating centers and if need be rearranging the layout to accommodate problems.

We have worked with and observed quality teachers interacting with children and know what behavior and learning strategies work best:positive guidance and discipline along with teaching problem solving skills and active listening.

We strongly agree with the practices of NAEYC and adhere to their ratios. Teaching children and working with teachers, parents, and children is something we are very passionate about at Incredible Kids Academy.

Of course, we believe Kids are Incredible!
